AAbout

Research Expertise Built Over More Than Two Decades.

I'm Sebastian Syperek, a psychologist by training and a market and UX research specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience.

Throughout my career, I have worked across research agencies, international corporations, and digital product organizations — combining methodological depth with a practical understanding of business decisions.

My professional background includes leadership roles in Customer Insights at Deutsche Bahn, Market Research at car2go / Daimler, and experience at Ipsos.

Today, I work as Principal CX & UX Research at Kaiser X Labs, Allianz's in-house digital agency, where I specialize in advanced quantitative research, preference measurement, and research innovation.

Alongside my corporate role, I provide independent consulting services for organizations seeking specialized quantitative research expertise.

My approach combines rigorous research design, advanced analytics, clear communication, and a strong focus on business relevance.

I believe the real value of research lies not in producing more data, but in enabling better decisions.
